How to get a counseling appointment

Counseling appointments are made by telephone arrangement.

For this purpose, you can reach us on Mondays and Wednesdays between 10:00 – 12:00 and Thursdays from 14:30 to 16:30.

However, the counseling center is also open outside these hours during the day from Monday to Friday.

If you leave us a message on the answering machine, we will call you back as soon as possible.

You determine the process and scope

We can have a one-time conversation, support you in times of crisis, offer you several counseling sessions in a row, bridge the time until therapy with regular conversations, and be there for you again and again at longer intervals.

Addressing conflicts – Don’t be shy!

Don’t be afraid to tell us if you were unhappy with the appointment process or the consultation! Even we are not error-free, but we strive to assist you in the best possible way.

Please contact us, because with your help and feedback we can improve our counselling so that as many clients as possible are satisfied. We would also appreciate it if you would fill out our questionnaire and send us your feedback along the way.

If you do not want to contact us directly in case of conflict, you can make an appointment with our board women to discuss the problems with them.

If it is not possible to resolve the conflict in this way, you can contact the complaints office of our umbrella organization in NRW. Or you can call in the conciliation board of our federal association bff (Bundesverband Frauenberatungsstellen und Frauennotrufe). There, your criticism or complaint will be received and you will be supported in finding an amicable solution together with all parties involved.
