We offer prevention projects for kindergartens, elementary schools, secondary schools, and institutions for the disabled.
There are projects that are aimed directly at children or young people or women in institutions for the disabled. And there are training opportunities for people who work in these professional fields or parents who want to learn more.
Feel free to contact us if you would like to book a prevention project.
A prevention offer for kindergarten children from the age of 5.
The prevention offer at kindergartens consists of an information session for parents, 6 exercise sessions of 4 dates each for the children, each together with one parent in a mixed group. Together with their parents, the children are playfully introduced to the topics of feelings, my body, saying no, good and bad secrets, and getting help. This offer is also intended to sensitize parents to enable children to sense and defend their own limits (also in everyday life).
A prevention offer for fourth grades at elementary schools
The prevention program at elementary schools consists of an information evening for parents, 8 lessons of 3 dates each for fourth-grade students in predominantly gender-separated groups, and a debriefing with the class teachers. Thematically, the following areas will be covered: My body, my boundaries, my feelings, good and bad secrets, saying no and getting help.
A prevention offer for secondary schools
The prevention project has a focus on sexting. What is sexting anyway, what are the dangers involved, and what help is available?
Duration: approx. 1.5 to 2 hours
The following topics will be covered: Perceiving feelings, setting boundaries for the other person with one’s own body, my rights, saying and showing no, characteristics of a positive relationship, behavior in borderline situations, good and bad secrets, one’s own strengths, getting help, and information about contact persons and points of contact. The prevention project includes seven sessions of two 45-minute lessons each.
Project day for women with intellectual disabilities
A project day for self-awareness and empowerment of women with disabilities, including standing up for personal limits. At many points, the participants have the opportunity to bring in their own positive or negative experiences, e.g. with border crossings, saying no or demanding their own free space.
